I reached out to support twice about my order and never got a real response. It just felt like I was being ignored. Really frustrating when you need help, you actually need help, and no one gets back to you

It was listed as like new, but when it showed up, it definitely wasn’t that. There was wear on it and some staining, so the condition just wasn’t what I expected...

"Getting paid takes forever"
I tried using Curtsy, the payout timing was the thing that really got on my nerves. Like, once the item is sold and shipped off, you kind of expect the money to show up without having to keep checking back every five minutes.
Maybe other people don’t mind waiting, but for me it just felt way too slow and kind of annoying. I liked parts of the app, sure, but if getting paid is gonna take that long, I’m not super eager to keep using it

Support did end up settling it, but wow, it took so long that I kept thinking—wait, is anyone even looking at this? It got resolved in the end, just way slower than I expected

Support did reply, eventually, but it felt slow. Just not a good experience overall. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I spent some time looking around Hey Curtsy, but I just didn’t get a strong enough feeling that it was safe to use. A few things felt a bit unclear, and when I tried to get more confidence before spending money, the answers I found were vague. Support basically seemed to say things like “everything is secure” and “you can shop with confidence,” but it didn’t really answer the specific concerns I had.
I’m not saying it’s definitely a scam or anything like that, but personally I backed out before buying. For scam prevention, I’d rather be extra careful when a site doesn’t give me enough clear info upfront. My advice would be to double-check the details, policies, and payment protections before putting any money in

"The shipping label was handy"
The label was easy to use and it made the shipping simple. Overall, it was a okay experience, nothing fancy but it worked fine for what I needed.

I don’t remember if this started last week or maybe the week before, but the app has been super frustrating. The filters keep freezing on me, and checkout barely works half the time. I really want to use it, but it’s been way too glitchy.

Overall it was fine since my order did arrive, but the tracking updates were inconsistent. A couple notifications came in late, so I wasn’t always sure where the package actually was. Not a huge deal in the end, just kind of annoying.

I was disappointed. I went in looking for a few dresses and some basic tops, but the selection felt really limited. Every time I found something cute, the size I needed was gone or it was already sold out. I kept clicking around and getting my hopes up, only to end up with nothing. I had a frustrating experience with Curtsy. When an issue came up, support mostly sent generic responses and it didn’t really feel like either side was being protected. My sister had asked me if it was worth using, and I told her I wouldn’t recommend it. As a buyer, it feels like you could lose money, and as a seller, it seems way too easy to get blamed for something. I don’t think I’d use Hey Curtsy again

I ordered from Hey Curtsy because it looked like the shipping would be quick, but once I paid, things started feeling a little sketchy. The tracking barely moved and just sat there for days with no real updates.
I kept trying to be patient, but it got frustrating because I needed the item for a trip. After the payment went through, I didn’t feel like I had much to go on or any clear answer about when it would actually arrive.
It did finally show up, so at least I got the item, but the shipping experience made me lose trust a bit. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make the delivery and tracking way more reliable.
